我国游泳教员技术指导考核指标体系研究

摘　　要：在界定了游泳教员和技术指导的概念和分析了游泳教员工作特点的基础上,借鉴相关研究成果,结合对国内专家的调查、访谈,从安全、技术动作的讲解、技术动作的示范等五大方面得到初步指标体系;然后对全国的游泳教员高级考官和国家级游泳教员进行问卷调查,并对调查的结果进行统计、分析,根据分析结果对指标进行修正,最终得出具有三个层次的游泳教员的技术指导的考核指标体系,并对各级指标进行权重及现实运用设计。Based on defining the concepts of swimming teacher and technical guidance, analyzing the WorK characteristics of swimming teachers and referring to relevant research results and a survey of national experts and interviews, a preliminary indicator system is formed with regard to safety, technical movement, and the technical movement＇s demonstration etc. Then after a survey of senior examiners for swimming teachers and national swimming instructors and conducting the statistical analysis, the indicators are amended accordingly. At last the performance indicator system with three levels has come into being with evaluation index and application design.
