摘　　要：本文回顾了1例钩虫病致上消化道出血病例被误诊误治的情况,分析了误诊原因,旨在加深临床医师对钩虫病流行病学及临床表现的认识,提高诊治水平。This paper reports a case of hookworm disease induced upper gastrointestinal bleeding which was misdiagnosed at the beginning,and analyzes the cause of misdiagnosis,so as to enhance our understanding of the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of hookworm infection,thus improve our ability on the diagnosis and treatment of hookworm infection.
