摘　　要：本文采用环氧丙基十二烷基二甲基氯化铵对氨基硅油进行季铵化改性,合成了一种新型季铵化改性氨基硅油柔软剂。对氨基硅油及其改性产物进行乳化,可得到性能稳定的柔软剂乳液。将所得乳液在纯棉平纹织物和涤纶织物上进行了柔软整理。测试结果表明:该新型季铵化改性氨基硅油柔软剂可使织物的柔软性、抗黄变性和亲水性显著提高。在应用于涤纶织物时,可以获得良好的抗静电效果。Amino-silicone oil was modified with epoxypropyl dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride by quaternization,thus a new quaternary ammonium modified amino-silicone softener was synthesized.The stable softener emulsions were obtained by emulsifying amino-silicone oil and its modified product,and the plain cotton fabrics and the polyester fabrics were soft finished with the emulsions.The application results showed that the softness,anti-yellowing and hydrophilicity of the fabrics were significantly improved by the new quaternary ammonium modified amino-silicone oil softener;a good antistatic effect was obtained when the emulsion was employed on polyester fabrics.
