失地农民社会保障初探

摘　　要：归纳了目前我国农村土地征收后广大失地农民生活难保障引发的问题;然后探讨了其原因,指出在于社会保障类型单一、资金来源严重不足、社会保障体系管理混乱、社会保障体系缺乏统一规范等;最后提出相应的对策和建议,以期达到失地农民不因征地生活水平而降低、长远生计有保障的目标,和谐推进社会主义现代化建设。This paper first sums up the issues caused by the difficulties of social insurance to those farmers whose farmlands have been collected nowadays;and then explore the reasons,that is,the unitary policy of social insurance,the inefficient source of social insurance funds and the disorder of management of social insurance system;finally this paper proposes some strategies and suggestions to assure the farmers not to be seriously affected by the collection of farmlands in order to promote the harmonious development of our socialist construction.
