摘 要:目的:对炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位的醇提工艺进行优选,测定10份市售炒莱菔子中芥子碱含量。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以芥子碱含量和醇浸膏得率为指标,优选炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位的醇提工艺。HPLC测定市售炒莱菔子中芥子碱含量。结果:确定醇提工艺为25倍量75%乙醇,60 min提取1次。不同炒莱菔子样品中芥子碱含量差异较大。结论:优选的醇提工艺提取炒莱菔子中含芥子碱部位工艺稳定可行。对《中国药典》中芥子碱HPLC含测方法改进提出建议。Objective:To optimize ethanol extraction technology of sinapine effective-part in roasted Semen Raphani and to determine the content of sinapine in Semen Raphani bought from ten different areas.Method:Optimum extraction process was established with L9(34) orthogonal design.The content of sinapine and extraction rate of extraction were chosen as indexes.The conent of sinapine in commercial samples was determined by HPLC.Result:Optimum extraction process was as follows:25 times of 75% alcohol,extracted 1 time for 60 minutes.The content of sinapine was different between different samples of roasted Semen Raphani.Conclusion:Optimized alcohol extraction process of sinapine effective-part from roasted Semen Raphani was stable and feasible.Some suggestion is raised to 〈China Pharmacopeia〉 for the determination of sinapine by HPLC.
