个体化心理护理在尿道下裂围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合传统护理、个体化心理护理在尿道下裂围手术期的应用效果。方法:对62例尿道下裂患者实施手术,采用联合传统护理、个体化心理护理措施进行系统的术前及术后护理。结果:本组患者6例出现术后尿瘘,8例并发尿道狭窄,2例并发切口皮肤裂开并轻度感染,其余46例术后恢复良好,效果满意。结论:实施联合传统护理、个体化心理护理是预防尿道下裂手术术后并发症的发生及提高尿道下裂手术成功率的重要措施之一。Aim To apply traditional care and individual psychological care in the perioperation of hypospadias. Method： Use combined traditional care and individual psychological care measures before and after operation on 62 cases of hypospadias. Result： 6 patients with fistula, 8 cases with urethral stricture and 2 cases with wound dehiscence plus mild skin infections after surgery, and the remaining 46 patients recovered well with satisfactory result. Conclusion：The implementation of the combined traditional care and individual psychological care is the important measures hypospadias to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of hypospadias of surgery.
