摘　　要：讨论了图书馆用户隐私的含义、内容。保护数字环境下图书馆接触到哪些用户隐私。国外开展用户隐私权保护的方法及实践,以及我国开展用户隐私权应采取的措施,包括建立法律法规,发挥行业协会作用,建立图书馆规章及管理制度,采用现代信息技术,培养馆员职业道德及提高用户隐私保护意识。User Privacy has become more importance under digital library environment. In this paper, the authors gather the information about the defmition of user privacy and the user privacy confronted by digital library. The author research the main strategy of protecting the user privacy include legal environment, privacy and confidentiality guidelines, information technology, Librarian＇ s professional ethics.
