摘　　要：针对图书馆因服务体系联动信息、服务制度规范信息、服务效率信息等反应迟钝,影响服务质量问题展开讨论,认为对读者需求信息敏锐感知,并施行相应调整措施,是优质服务的保证。library service system due to linkage information, service information system of rules, slow service efficiency information, discuss issues affecting the quality of service that needs the information to the reader a keen perception, and the implementation of corresponding measures of adjustment, is the service guarantee.
