摘　　要：社会工作中的问题视角和优势视角是两种不同的思维模式,探讨"优势视角"在地方高校大学生生涯辅导中的介入,有助于丰富生涯辅导的专业知识和方法,引导辅导对象以更加广阔的视野审视个人的职业选择与人生发展。可以通过以优势视角挖掘地域文化的教育功能、挖掘身边典型的榜样力量、培养与大学生的伙伴关系、注重同理心的使用等方法构建崭新的介入模式。Questioning perspectives and strength perspectives in social work present two different thinking patterns.To discuss the interposition of ＂strengths perspective＂ in career counseling in local colleges and universities will contribute to enriching the professional knowledge and methods of career counseling and guide the counseling subjects to look at their personal career choice and lifetime developments in much broader visions.Strengths perspective helps explore the educational functions of the regional cultures,find the typical role models around,develop the partnership with college students and focus on the use of empathy so as to construct the new interposition mode.
