摘　　要：分析了液压快速回路原理,为满足高速旋压机的工作过程,设计了一套液压系统,采用大变量泵加小定量泵的双泵供油及差动连接回路,实现了液压缸的快速运动,使系统能源合理分配和利用,提高了工作效率,经使用证明设计合理,效果较好。This paper analysis of hydraulic quick circuit theory.To meet the working process of high-speed spinning machine,We designed a hydraulic system,using large quantitative variable pump and Small proportioning pump＇s double pump feed and the differential connection circuit,to achieve the rapid movement of hydraulic cylinder make the system rational allocation and utilization of energy resources,improve work efficiency.Proved by the use of reasonable design,better effect.
