摘　　要：通过分析滚珠丝杠螺母副间隙的产生原因及消除方法,补充课程知识框架的不足,能够帮助教学对象熟悉间隙调整的原理,熟悉和掌握具体的间隙消除机构,进而举一反三,了解反向移动法在数控机床进给传动系统其他运动部件中的应用。The gap adjustment of CNC machine tool feed drive system is one of the important and difficult teaching point.This article analyzes the clearance and elimination of causes of the ball screw nut,supplement the lack of knowledge in curriculum framework,and to help the teaching objects are familiar with the principle of gap adjustment,master the specific agency to eliminate the gap,thus drawing inferences about other cases from one instance,understand the reverse shift method in the moving parts application in CNC machine tool feed drive system.
