摘　　要：本文论述了1949年到1952年邓小平主政西南期间对清党工作以及清党工作在党建工作中作用的认识。他认为,个别的、谨慎地清党是必要的,它是党建工作重要的组织手段,它有利于党的健康发展和党的事业取得更大的胜利。客观上讲,邓小平的这些论述至今仍有意义。This text illustrates Deng Xiao-ping＇s ideas on cleaning the Party and its role in the building of the Party. He believes it is necessary to clean the Party individually and cautiouslly,which is one of the important organization means in the Party building and is beneficial for the Party to develop healthily and to win greater victory. Objectively,his discussion is still meaningful nowadays.
