摘　　要：德育是塑造灵魂的教育,在面对21世纪的国际争端和人才竞争中,大学生的灵魂塑造尤为重要。高校德育如果无视大学生心理发展的时代性、差异性、主体性和实践性,必然会导致灵魂塑造的"抗药性"。认识高校德育工作中的"抗药性"及成因。分析与寻找降低"抗药性"的心理策略——研究主体需要;强化心理技能;深化助人自助;整合成才机制。Moral education is the education that can mold one＇s spirit. It＇s very important to mold undergraduates＇spirit in the 21th century. If colleges and universities ignore undergraduates＇otherness and era or subjectivity and practicing,undergraduates＇spirit will suffer drug resistance during moral education process. In this paper,the author will introduce drug resistance and its＇reason. And at the same time,we try to find tactic that can cure drug resistance through researching undergraduates＇demands.
