高效液相色谱法测定硫酸小檗碱注射液的含量

摘　　要：以C18为固定相,0.1%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至3.5±0.1)—乙腈(70∶30)为流动相,229 nm为检测波长,采用高效液相色谱法测定了硫酸小檗碱注射液中硫酸小檗碱的含量。盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0.2～2.5μg,回归方程为A=4 161 950 m+408 151,相关系数为0.999 9。平均加标回收率为100.8%,RSD为2.2%(n=9)。An HPLC method has been developed to determine the berberine sulfate injection,using C18 column with a mobile of 0.1% phosphoric solution（adjusted pH value to 3.5±0.1 with triethylamine）-acetonitrile（70∶ 30） and wavelength of 229 nm.The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.2~2.5 μg.And the regression equation was A=4161950m＋408151 with the correlation to be 0.9999.The average recovery was 100.8% with RSD of 2.2%（n=9）.
