摘  要:通过聚氨酯增韧环氧树脂制备一种强度高、附着力大、耐水性好、耐化学稳定性强的涂料。通过正交实验法,确定了涂料的最佳工艺条件,进行了拉伸强度、冲击强度、吸水率、附着力、红外光谱和扫描电镜等测试。实验结果表明:聚氨酯含量15%(质量分数,下同),固化剂含量15%,反应温度70℃,反应时间60min时,涂料的力学性能最佳;制备的改性涂料拉伸强度为19.43MPa,冲击强度为10.89kJ/m2,吸水率为9.38%,附着力为1级,具有较高的力学强度,良好的附着力,较低的吸水率。Through polyurethane tougheninged epoxy resin,a coating was prepared with high strength and adhesion force,good water and chemical resistance.By orthogonal experiment,the optimum technological conditions were determined.Finally,the tensile strength,impact strength,water absorption,adhesion,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were tested.The results showed that: when polyurethane at 15wt%,Curing agent at 15wt%,reaction time was 60min and temperature at 70℃,the mechanical properties of coating was the best;the modified coating had a tensile strength of 19.43MPa,impact strength of 10.89KJ.m-2,water adsorption rate of 9.38%,adhension force rate level of 1 with high mechanical strength,good adhesion and low water absorption.
