农户林地流转影响因素研究——基于浙江省龙游县173户农户调查  

Analysis on Factors Influencing on Farmer Household’s Forestland Transfer——A Case Study in Longyou Based on 173 Peasant Households

摘　　要：基于2010年在浙江省龙游县6个行政村抽取的173户农户调查数据,运用Logit模型对农户流入和流出林地行为影响因素进行了计量分析,结果表明,农户家庭林业收入占比、家庭林业劳动力人数、家庭林业经营时间占劳动时间比例、人均林地面积,对农户流入林地有显著的正影响;而林地破碎度对农户流入林地则有显著的负影响;户主是否为村干部、林地破碎度对农户流出林地有显著的正影响;家庭林业劳动力人数、家庭林业经营时间占比对农户流出林地有显著的负影响。Based on a set of survery data of 173 farmers in 6 villages in Longyou County,Zhejiang province in 2010,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of forestland transfer,by using Logit model.The results showed that： ratios of the forestry income in family total income,family foretry labor force,ratios of forest management time in labor force time,forestland aera per capita have obviously positive influence on farmers＇ forestland inflow.However,forestland fragmentation has obviously negative influence on farmers＇ foresland inflow;whether acting as village cadres,forestland fragmentation have obviously positive influencing on forestland outflow.Family foretry labor force,atios of forest management time in labor force time have obviously negative influence on farmers＇ foresland outflow.
