摘　　要：医疗行业信息化和人民的医疗保健水平息息相关,目前国内医疗行业信息化现状却不容乐观,主要问题集中在就诊者的医疗信息无法互通、医疗资源无法共享、行业内系统异构情况严重、业内标准没有充分引入等方面。提出了一个基于标准、符合国情、可操作性强的区域协同医疗平台构架,为国内类似研究起到了一定的示范性作用。Medical information technology industry is closely related to the level of people＇s healthcare. The current situation of our national health information technology industries is not optimistic yet. The main questions focus on the following aspects： medical institutions are unable to exchange medical information, medical resources cannot be shared, within industry there are too many heterogeneous systems, and the industry standards are not fully introduced, and so on. This paper proposes a standards-based framework for regional collaborative medical platform in line with national conditions and played a certain role model for domestic similar studies.
