摘  要:试验研究了无砂多孔混凝土水泥浆体流动度与浆体配合比关系,并经过试配得出无砂多孔混凝土适于采用的浆体流动度范围。研究了浆体流动度、骨胶比对多孔混凝土孔隙率和抗压、抗折强度的影响,并发现随骨胶比增大,多孔混凝土强度降低。分析了浆体与骨料对多孔混凝土性能的综合作用。提出了无砂多孔混凝土配合比设计的合理方法。The relation between mix proportion of cement slurry and its fluidity in porous concrete was studied by experiments, and a suitable range of cement slurry fluidity in porous concrete was given according to a test.Experiments a/so studied the variation of both the slurry fluidity and aggregate cement ratio's influence on the compressive and the flexural strength, as well as the porosity of the porous concrete.The results indicated that the strength of porous concrete reduces when the aggregate cement ratio increases.The slurry and the aggregates' comprehensive influence on the property of porous concrete was analyzed, and a simple method of proportion designing of porous concrete was proposed.
