摘 要:研究了轻骨料粒径混合比例、轻骨料等体积替代碎石比例对复合骨料混凝土基本力学性能和干缩性能的影响,轻骨料粒径10~16mm和16~20mm的混合比例分别取5:5(LA1)、7:3(LA2)和3:7(LA3),轻骨料等体积替代碎石比例分别取10%、20%和30%。结果表明:采用LA2替代比例为10%和20%时,可获得强度高于普通混凝土而弹性模量低于普通混凝土的复合骨料混凝土;采用LAl和LA3替代比例为10%和20%时,复合骨料混凝土的抗拉强度明显降低;当轻骨料混合比例相同而增大轻骨料替代率时,复合骨料的强度和弹性模量均呈现降低的趋势;特别是当采用LA3替代率为30%时,复合骨料混凝土的抗压、抗拉和弹性模量均低于普通混凝土;复合骨料混凝土的早龄期干缩随着轻骨料替代比例的增加而显著减小。Tests were carried out to study effects of the grain composite ratio in different sizes and lightweight aggregate replacing ratio for crushed stone by equal volume on the basic mechanical properties and dry-shrinkage of concrete mixed with composite coarse-aggregate (CCAC),in which the grain composite ratios in size of 10-16 mm to 16-20 mm were taken as 5:5 (LA1),7:3 (LA2)and 3:7(LA3);the lightweight aggregate replacing ratios for crushed stone by equal volume were taken as 10%, 20% and 30%.The results show that: the CACC could be obtained in higher strength and lower elastic modulus than ordinary concrete while LA2 was used with replacing ratio of 10% and 20%,the tensile strength of CACC decreased obviously while LA1 and LA3 was used with replacing ratio of 10% and 20% ,the strength and modulus of CACC were in decrease tendency while lightweight aggregate replacing ratio increased in same grain composite ratio, all the compressive and tensile strengths as well as elastic modulus of CACC were lower than those of ordinary concrete while LA3 was used with replacing ratio of 30%, the early-age dry-shrinkage of CACC reduced remarkably with the increasing lightweight aggregate replacing ratio.
