摘  要:针对当前活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的成本高、能耗大的问题,以钢渣粉、超细粉煤灰、硅灰等作活性细掺料、细河砂作集料,进行含钢渣粉RPC的研制。研究了钢渣粉掺量、钢渣粉与超细粉煤灰总掺量,以及两者的比例等胶凝材料的组成参数对RPC强度的影响。结果表明:使用总量达45%的矿物细掺料以及细河砂等原料,掺入体积分数为2%的钢纤维并经90℃热养护,可制备出抗压强度180 MPa以上、抗折强度30 MPa以上的含钢渣粉RPC。Aiming at the main problems in application of RPC, i.e., high production costs and energy consumption, steel slag powder ( SS ) as well as ultra-fine fly ash (UFFA) and silicon fume ( SF ) were used as reactive powder component to product RPC, and meanwhile, fine river sand was used as aggregate instead of quartz sand.The influence of the composition of cementitious materials, i.e., the dosage of S S, the total dosage of and the dosage ratio of SS and UFFA were investigated.The results showed that RPCs whose compressive,and flexural strength achieved more than 180 MPa and 30 MPa respectively would be obtained by substituting compound admixture, which contained SS, UFFA and SF, for about 45% cement (by weight) and mixing with 2% fraction volume of steel fiber after being cured in a appropriate heat treatment regime.
