起绒整理常见问题的防治

摘　　要：起绒整理是最常用的纺织品整理技术,该整理需要丰富的经验,存在的质量问题相对较多。文章分析了起绒整理原理,简单介绍了起绒工艺的分类,就影响起绒效果的主要因素如纺织品原料、织物组织结构(纬纱密度、机织物组织结构、针织物组织结构)、起绒设备、起绒工艺参数的稳定性、操作水平等进行了分析,对最典型的问题如经皱印、横档条痕、起绒效果不一、点状散绒面、破洞等产生的原因进行了分析,同时提出了生产中的注意事项和防治这些问题的办法。The raising finishing is the most common technology intextile finishing.The finishing takes abundant experience,having the relative quality problems.This paper analyzed the raising finishing principle,brief introduced the classification of process for the raising finishing,for effect of the main factors such as textile raw materials,fabric structure（weft density,woven fabric structure,knitted fabric structure）,raising equipment,the stability of raising process etc.,the operating levels were also analyzed,and the most typical problems such as wrinkles by india rungs streak,raising mixed results,point-like bulk suede,holes and other causes were analyzed,with proposed the production of the precautions and control these problems.
