摘  要:介绍了防辐射毛/不锈钢丝包芯纱薄花呢的特征以及生产该花呢的纺纱工艺、织造工艺和染整工艺及其生产过程控制。以相似的织物技术规格和相同的常规毛纱线与毛/不锈钢丝排列比,制织试样并比较其屏蔽效能。选择合适的织物组织,再以相同的织物技术规格和相同的织物组织,选择常规纱与防辐射毛/不锈钢丝包芯纱排列比,制织织物样并比较其屏蔽效能。比较了防辐射薄花呢与常规花呢的屏蔽性能和织物风格变化。This article will argue that the damage of electromagnetic pollution which is produced by the modern life household appliances and electrical equipment to human health,the features of wool/radiation-proof stainless steel wire core-spun thin tweed fine,comparing with similar technology specification of fabrics and the permutation percentage of wool stainless steel wire core-spun,and then producing a sample fabric to check its shielding effectiveness.Thus,is chooses the right fabric weave and also selects the different arrangement ratio of the basic yarn and radiation-proof wool stainless steel wire core-spun yarn,and then creats the sample fabric in order to check is shielding effectiveness which is based on the similar technology specification and waves of fabrics.Finally,inventing radiation-proof stainless steel wire core-spun thin tweed.This paper looks more closely at the production process,weaving and finishing process and production process control technology of this tweed yarn.
