摘　　要：产业集群对区域经济的带动作用,近年来成为经济研究的热点,而我们对于产业集群的研究也是关注集群的竞争优势。但是,近年来出现了产业集群衰退的现象,很多学者从集群内出现的恶性竞争来着手进行研究,众多文献的研究表明,集群的形成是遵循某种根植性的,这种根植性在集群的形成及发展过程中起到了很好的带动作用,但是,在集群发展到一定阶段以后,集群内的这种根植性很可能会成为集群发展的阻碍,集群原有的根植性变为集群的一种"路径依赖",现实集群的衰退也表明了这一问题。The driven effect in the industrial cluster has been a hotspot,and we also have given concerned on the advantages in the cluster.But the researchers recently have been tried to study the recession caused from the over-competition,we realized that there was some different in the developing cluster,it may be the embeddedness and it has some well helped in the start of the cluster,but it will also to be the path-depend in the process which will also lead the cluster to the decline.
