摘 要:目的应用受试者工作特征ROC曲线分析BMI、体重曲线下面积,探讨女性月经初潮BMI的最佳临界值。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对无锡市10~14岁7 300名汉族女生进行问卷调查,了解月经初潮年龄及身高、体重。绘制ROC曲线,观察曲线下面积,计算BMI、体重最佳临界值的灵敏度和特异度。结果女生月经来潮率为40.45%(2 953/7 300),月经初潮平均年龄为12.26岁;不同年龄组已潮组和未潮组女生体重、BMI差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。BMI、体重的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.68和0.73;不同年龄组女生体重有不同的最佳临界值,但不同年龄组BMI最佳临界值趋于一致。结论 BMI最佳临界值对预测是否来潮有重要的应用价值,但其效果有待在实际应用中加以进一步验证。Objective To analyze body mass index ( BMI ) and weight by using receiver operating curve ( ROC ) among girls of Han nationality, and to find the optimal cut-off point of BMI on age at menarche. Methods With the stratified cluster sampling, 10-14 years old Chinese girls were questionnaired. Both retrospective and prospective ways were used to investigate the age at menarche. Questionnaire also included the students" age at menarche, height and weight. Then the ROC was operated to analyze the areas under curve( AUC ) and the sensitivity and specificity of optimal cut-off point of BMI and weight were calculated. Results The average age of menarche was 12.26, the AUC of BMI and weight were 0.68 and 0.73. The optimal cut-off point of weight on different age groups were different, but the optimal cut-off point of BMI on age at menarche tended to be uniform. Conclusion The optimal cut-off point of BMI is applicable in predicting the age of menarche, and more verification should be carried out in the future when applying this optimal cut-off point.
