摘　　要：The ＂Ningxia Islamic Friendly Council for Promotion of International Economy and Culture＂ is a nonprofitable NGO established voluntarily by those personages and groups having aspiration for the promotion of friendly exchange with Islamic countries. The Organization has been approved by the People＇s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and filed at the Civil Administration Department of the State.
