摘　　要：加强高校理论学习型社团建设对创新党团建设工作思路,延伸党团工作手臂有着重要意义。从理论学习型社团的管理模式建设、红色文化建设、优质资源整合以及团建创新等4个方面进行探索,并提出观点,以期为各高校如何使理论学习型社团不拘一格而又健康有序发展提供参考和借鉴。It is important for innovating the thinking of corporation construction and prolonging work arm to enhance the construction of theoretical learning corporation in universities.The authors explored the construction of management mode,red culture,high-quality resource integration and innovation,presented their viewpoint,and provided the reference for the development of theoretical learning corporation in universities.
