摘 要:目的为了激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生对所学专业知识进行系统地分析、感受和应用,提高其分析问题、解决问题的辩证思维能力,在院前急救教学中应用情境模拟演练教学法。方法以本校2006级(58名)、2007级(51名)共109名护理本科学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组学生实施情境模拟演练教学法,对照组学生实施传统教学法。109名学生技能考核和综合考核成绩(技能和理论综合)用excel表格收录,采用SPSS 13.0进行统计学分析。结果实验组与对照组技能考核成绩比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,实验组技能考核成绩高于对照组,说明该教学方法的应用提高了学生的技能考核成绩。不同年级学生实验组和对照组综合考核成绩比较,P均小于0.05,差异有统计学意义,表明该教学方法的应用提高了学生的综合考核成绩。比较2个年级学生实验组综合考核成绩,P>0.05,说明不是由于学生个体差异造成的成绩高或低,表明该教学法优于传统教学法。结论该教学方法的应用不但提高了学生的院前急救技能和综合考核成绩,而且激发了其学习兴趣和学习动力,在培养学生的现场救护能力、团结协作能力和应变能力、激发学生的创新思维等方面有较大的促进作用。Objective To apply the teaching method of emergency simulation drilling in teaching of pre-hospital emergency nursing of emergency nursing in order to inspirit students' interest of learning,lead them to analyze,experience and use the knowledge they have learnt and promote their dialectical ability in problem-analyzing and problem-solving process.Methods The objects included 109 nursing specialty undergraduates of 2006-grade(n=58) and 2007-grade(n=51).All students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=55 including 29 of 2006-grade and 26 of 2007-grade) and control group(n=54 including 29 of 2006-grade and 25 of 2007-grade).The experimental group was given the teaching method of emergency simulation drilling and the control group,traditional teaching method.The results of skill assessment and comprehensive assessment(skill and theory) were recoded with excel table and analyzed by using SPSS 13.0 software.Results The comparison of skill assessment results showed P0.05 between two groups.The skill assessment results were better in the experiment group that those in the control group,which indicated that the application of the teaching method of emergency simulation drilling promoted students' skill assessment results.The comparison of comprehensive assessment results in student of different grades between two groups showed all P0.05,which indicated that the application of the teaching method promoted students' comprehensive assessment results.The comparison of comprehensive assessment results in students of experimental group between two grades showed P0.05,which indicated that the results were not influenced by individual differences,and the emergency simulation dsilling teaching was better than traditional teaching.Conclusion The teaching method of emergency simulation drilling can not only improve students' skills of pre-hospital emergency and comprehensive assessment results,but also inspirit their interest and motivation of learning.It promotes greatly students' abili
