摘　　要："老有所养"民生建设是党和政府推动建设社会主义和谐社会的重要内容之一。"老有所养"民生建设目标包含养老社会保障与养老社会服务建设两方面。养老社会保障制度建设、完善以及实施,养老社会服务体系建构与服务开展,均离不开具有社会工作视角、专业方法与服务理念专业队伍支持和协助。"老有所养"民生建设过程中社会工作参与显得尤为关键。The livelihood construction of old-age care is one of the important parts of building up socialist harmonious society pushed forward by the Party and Government.Its objectives involves two facets： social security and social service.The buid-up and implementation of social security and social service systems cannot be done without the perspective of social work,professional approach and service ideal,and professional workers.And social work is a linchpin in the livelihood construction of old-age care.
