山区林场锯末栽培阿魏菇试验初报  

Preliminary Report on Pleurotus ferulae Cultivation with Sawdust in Mountainous Forest Farm

摘　　要：在山区6～9月采用陈旧和新鲜的锯末、木屑与棉籽壳混合配料,研究了锯末、木屑添加量对阿魏菇菌丝生长和出菇量的影响。结果表明:露天堆放半年的锯末与棉籽壳1∶1混合栽培阿魏菇,菌丝生长良好,出菇转化率达到33.5%,而新鲜木屑与棉籽壳1∶1混合栽培阿魏菇,出菇转化率达到13.5%,锯末、木屑添加量超过一半时出菇量下降,单一使用锯末或木屑没能出菇。在山区林场利用当地堆放时间更久的锯末或木屑生产白灵菇是可行的。Old and fresh sawdust, filings of wood and cotton seed shell were used as the cultivating material at June to September in mountain area,and the influence of different addition level of sawdust and filings of wood on mycelium growth and fruiting amount of Pleurotus ferulae were studied. The results showed that the Pleurotus ferulae cultivation with the sawdust which open-air stacking half a year and cotton seed shell in 1 ： 1, the mycelium grew well, and fruiting conversion was 33.5 %. However,when the cultivating material was mixed by fresh filings of wood and cotton seed shell in 1 ： 1, the fruiting conversion was 13.5 %. When the addition amount of sawdust and filings of wood over 50 %, the fruiting amount decreased. When the cultivating material was only composed by sawdust or filings of wood,the Pleurotus ferulae ould＇t grow. Then the Pleurotus ferulae cultivation could use the sawdust or filings of wood which stacking longer time.
