摘　　要：TGF-β家族成介导的信号转导通路在生物的发育过程中起重要作用,包括对细胞周期的调控,对哺乳动物生殖的影响等。TGF-β也可以作为肿瘤的抑制因子发挥作用,但是当肿瘤发生后,它又可能促进诱导肿瘤的迁移和增殖。Transforming growth factor beta （TGF-β） plays fundamental roles during mammalian development,including regulation of cell circle, effection on reproductive of mammals and so on.Also TGF-β can act as a tumor suppressor, But when tumors develop they will act as a potent promoter and inducer to cancer cell.
