摘　　要：以柠条锦鸡儿的茎段为外植体,通过随机区组设计,结合方差分析等,着重研究了柠条锦鸡儿茎段培养的最佳培养基配方及培养程序,初步建立了一套较为完整的快速繁殖体系。结果表明:春季枝条的消毒以75%酒精10 s+0.1%升汞10 min灭菌效果最为理想;在初代培养中,培养基MS+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1+AC 0.3 g.L-1有利于柠条锦鸡儿的生长;继代增殖的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1+IAA 0.2 mg.L-1+AC 0.4 g.L-1;在生根培养中:采用培养基1/8 MS+IBA 0.3 mg.L-1+NAA 0.8 mg.L-1+蔗糖15 g.L-1生根效果最好。To explore the technique systems of tissue culture and rapid propagation for Caragana Korshinskii,through the randomised block design,combine with analysis of variance,the optimal medium and culture program were studied,using the stems as explants.The experimental results indicated that the optimal method of sterilization was sterilized with alcohol 10 seconds and 0.1% HgCl2 10 minutes in spring;The optimal medium for initial culture was MS＋6-BA 0.2 mg·L-1＋NAA 0.1 mg·L-1＋AC 0.3 g·L-1;The optimal medium for subculture multiplication was MS＋6-BA 0.2 mg·L-1＋ IAA 0.2 mg·L-1＋AC 0.4 g·L-1;and the1/8 MS ＋ IBA 0.3 mg·L-1＋NAA 0.8 mg·L-1 and sugar 15 g·L-1 was the best medium in rooting culture.
