摘  要:从辽宁省主要推广品种中选出20份优异种质资源,依据株高、叶面积指数、茎、叶生物量为指标,采用平均隶属函数值方法鉴定了大豆苗期耐旱性。结果从供试材料中共筛选出大豆生长前期较强耐旱型(2级)品种2个,干旱较敏感型(4级)品种3个,中间型(3级)品种15个。大豆的平均耐旱隶属函数值与干旱胁迫下的相对根表面积、相对根生物量分别呈显著、极显著正相关。大豆的耐旱平均隶属函数值与根性状比未达显著相关程度。胁迫条件下大豆的根直径与根表面积、根体积,根表面积与根体积呈显著正相关,非胁迫条件下大豆的根直径与根体积、根生物量,根体积与根表面积、根生物量呈显著正相关。干旱胁迫及非胁迫条件下大豆的茎、叶生物量均呈显著正相关。Twenty accessions of soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.] selected from major varieties in Liaoning province were used to identify their tolerance to drought stress.Drought tolerance at seedling was evaluated with mean membership index value averaged over those of plant height,LAI,leaf and stem biomass.Two accession of highly tolerant,3 accession of sensitive and 15 accession of middle type were screened out,respectively.The mean membership index of drought tolerance was correlated with the relative root surface area and relative root biomass significantly at the 0.05 and 0.01 probability level,respectively.There was no significant difference between the mean membership index of drought tolerance and root traits of stress to those of non-stress.On condition of drought stress,there were close relationships among root diameter,root surface area and root volume of soybean.On condition of drought non-stress,root diameter significant positively correlated with root volume and root biomass,so did root volume with root surface area,root biomass.Under both drought stress and non-stress condition,there were significantly positive correlation between stem biomass and leaf biomass.
