摘　　要：目的提高头面颈部扩张器置入术的护理质量。方法术前做好心理护理，进行认真细致的皮肤准备及扩张器的检查、消毒，术后进行严密的病情观察，及早发现及预防并发症，制定相应的护理措施。结果头面颈部皮肤扩张器置入31例，其中1例发生扩张器外露导致扩张器取出，其余扩张器埋置成功，如期进行Ⅱ期手术。结论做好手术前后的护理及术后并发症的预防及护理，可以提高头面颈部皮肤扩张器置入术的治疗效果。Objective To improve the nursing quality of skin expander in repairing the skin defects of the scalp, face and neck. Methods Preoperatively, good psychological nursing was performed and the skin was delicately prepared, with skin expander carefully checked and sterilized. Postoperatively, the patients were closely observed to prevent possible complications and to implement relevant nursing management in time. Results Of the 31 cases undergoing skin expander implantation, there was one case of exposure of skin expander, resulting in the removal of skin expander. The other 30 cases underwent successful implantation of skin expander and stage II operation as scheduled. Conclusion Good preoperative and postoperative nursing care, as well as postoperative nursing and treatment, is a prerequisite for the improvement of the therapeutic efficacy of skin expander implantation.
