心电编辑技术在双源CT冠状动脉造影中的初步应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心电编辑技术在高心率及心律失常患者双源CT冠状动脉造影中的应用。方法高心率和心律失常患者共122例，选择不同心电编辑方式进行后处理，对获得的图像质量进行评价。结果122例中12例为优良图像，110例需编辑图像，经心电编辑后108例达到合格，其余2例（长代偿间隙室性期前收缩二联律1例，心房纤颤1例）经后处理图像质量仍未达标。结论根据心率及心律失常类型选择合适的心电编辑方式，可获得高质量的冠状动脉造影图像。Objective To investigate the application of ECG editing techniques in dual - source CT coronary angiography in patients with high heart rate and arrhythmias, Methods 122 patients with high heart rate and arrhythmias were included. Different ECG editing types were selected for post - treatment and evaluation of image quality was conduc- ted. Results Of all the 122 cases, 12 cases had excellent images and the other 110 cases needed ECG editing. Following ECG editing, 108 cases of non - qualified images reached the qualified level, while 2 cases could not meet the standard. Conclusion Different ECG editing types should be selected based on the types of heart rate and arrhythmias so as to obtain high -quality images available.
