摘 要:为研究连接管与内应力锥之间含空气隙和误缠绕绝缘带两类缺陷的电场分布情况,用电场解析建模分析了该缺陷的灵敏度。分析表明两类缺陷的灵敏度均小于零,其绝对值随厚度增加逐渐减小。利用有限元法对接头两类缺陷进行了建模,并对两类缺陷厚度h分别为0.5 mm、1.0 mm、2.0 mm的3种情况进行了电场仿真。结果表明:场强畸变程度与厚度h成反比,其最大值均为正常情况下接头最大场强的2倍以上,仿真结果与解析模型分析结果完全吻合。最后利用振荡波测试系统(OWTS)对缺陷进行高压试验,结果证明OWTS能够检测出该类缺陷。To study the electric field distribution of the cable joints containing two kinds of defects,air gap or wound insulation tape between connecting pipe and stress cone,the sensitivity of the defects was analyzed by electric field analytical model.The analysis shows that the sensitivity is less than zero,and the absolute value decreases with increasing the thickness.The defects of air gap and wound insulation tape were modeled by finite element method,and the electric field with various defect thickness as 0.5 mm,1.0 mm or 2.0 mm was simulated,respectively.The results show that the level of electric field distortion is inversely proportional to the thickness,and the maximum value is twice more than the largest value under normal condition,which is consistent with the analysis results of analytical model.Finally the defects were tested by OWTS which proved to be effective.
