摘  要:合成6种SO3H-功能化的季铵盐离子液体,红外光谱和核磁共振光谱表征表明,离子液体的结构符合其理论特点.热稳定性分析表明,所合成的离子液体的热稳定性良好,分解温度都在200℃以上.将6种SO3H-功能化的季铵盐离子液体用于三油酸甘油酯与甲醇酯交换制备生物柴油的反应中,比较不同离子液体的催化活性,并以[n-But3N(CH2)3SO3H][p-CH3(C6H4)SO3]作催化剂,考察反应时间、离子液体用量、醇油摩尔比对酯交换反应的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为65℃、醇油比为12∶1,以及离子液体质量分数为7%的条件下反应时间24h,生物柴油产率最高,可达92.04%.6 kinds of SO3 H- quaternary ammonium ionic liquids were prepared. Their IR and NMR spectra showed that the structure were in accordance with the theory. Besides the TG curves showed that they were stable and all the decomposition temperature were above 200 ℃. Biodiesel was synthesized with triolein and methanol catalyzed by the 6 kinds of ionic liquids prepared. The effects of reaction time, mole ratio of methanol to oil and ionic liquids dosage on catalytic activity were investigated. Under the congditions of the mass fraction of ionic liquid 7%, mole ratio of methanol to oil 12 : 1, temperature 65 ℃ and reaction time 24 h, the ionic liquid [n-But3 N (CH2) 3 SO3 H][p-CH3 (C6H4 ) SO3 ]showed the best catalytic activity and the yield of fatty aid methyl ester reached 92.04%.
