昆明市居民劳动强度与体质指数、腰围和腰臀比关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨昆明市20岁及以上城乡居民劳动强度与体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)和腰臀比(WHR)的关系。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,随机抽取昆明市20岁及以上常住城乡居民5191人进行问卷调查、人体测量、生化指标检测和劳动强度分级。结果调查对象超重肥胖、腹型肥胖和向心性肥胖患病率均呈现随着年龄递增,在一定年龄段达最高,以后逐渐下降趋势(χ2=63.327,27.672,252.876,22.311,184.063,P均<0.001)。空腹血糖、2小时葡萄糖耐量、血压、体质指数、腰围和腰臀比均随着劳动强度级别的增加而下降(F=24.101,9.535,36.919,16.486,21.008,60.493,20.658,P均<0.05)。超重肥胖、男性和女性腹型肥胖、男性和女性向心性肥胖的患病率均随着劳动强度级别的增加而下降(χ2=32.460,22.837,67.250,7.239,54.470,P均<0.05)。结论超重肥胖已成为威胁昆明市城乡居民健康的严重公共卫生问题。居民的劳动强度级别与体质指数、腰围和腰臀比有关。经常性的适度体力劳动有助于降低居民超重肥胖、腹型肥胖和向心性肥胖的患病风险,体力劳动强度对各型肥胖患病率有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship of physical activities strength and Body Mass Indicator（BMI）,Waist Circumference （WC）and Waist Hip Ratio（WHR）among the Kunming residents aged 20 over years. METHODS Across-sectional survey was conducted among 5 191 permanent residents aged 20 over years in Kunming City. RESULTS Prevalence of overweight and obesity,abdominal obesity,central obesity increased with increase of age,arriving highest at one certain age group,and decreasing gradually（P all〈0.001）. Fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,2 hour-oral glucose torerance test（2h-OGTT）,blood pressure,BMI,WC and WHR decrease with increase of physical activities strength（P all〈0.05）. Prevalence of overweight and obesity,male and female abdominal obesity,male and female central obesity decreased with increase of physical activities strength（P all〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Overweight and obesity has become an important public health problem in Kunming. Physical activities strength was related with BMI,WC and WHR. Often appropriate physical activities have had some effects in reducing the risk of overweight and obesity,abdominal obesity,central obesity,physical activities strength plays a positive role in all kinds of obesity prevalence among Kunming residents.
