摘　　要：目的了解广东省乡镇卫生院公共卫生岗位疾控职责及考核现状,分析存在的主要问题,并提出建议。方法通过典型抽样抽取珠三角地区14个乡镇卫生院作为样本机构,开展问卷调查。结果 14所乡镇卫生院在所调查的11类49项公共卫生项目中,平均开展了44.6项,开展比例为91.0%。54.9%的防保人员所在机构开展了年度或季度考核,44.3%的考核与奖金挂钩,16.5%的考核未与待遇挂钩。结论珠三角地区乡镇卫生院公共卫生工作开展较好,但考核工作有待进一步加强,目前应根据新形势下国家医改政策,围绕基本公共卫生服务内容,明确界定公共卫生疾控职责,合理配置预防保健人员,建立有效的绩效考核制度。OBJECTIVES To understand the responsibilities of disease control and performance appraisal situation by town hospitals in Guangdong Province, analyzes the existing problems, and provide proposals of solution. METHODS 14 town hospitals were typical selected as research samples and questionnaire survey was carried out. RESULTS Among the 49 items,14 town hospitals develop 44.6 items averagely, the ratio of development is 91.0%.There are 54.9% hospitals conducted annual or quarterly assessment,44.3 %of the assessment was link to bonus payment, 16.5% of the assessment was not link to benefits and the payment. CONCLUSION The public health work develops of Town hospitals in the pearl river delta region is good, but the assessment work need further strengthen. Town hospitals should around the basic national policy of public health service content to clear responsibilities, reasonable allocation of public health prevention and healthcare personnel, establish effective performance appraisal system.
