摘 要:荷电喷雾烟气脱硫技术是在喷雾湿法烟气脱硫基础上引入荷电效应,使之在较低的喷雾量下获得较高的脱硫效率。为了研究其脱硫机理,以实验室小试装置为基础,从气液传质入手对雾滴传质过程进行简化,考虑静电场中雾滴所受的库仑力与极化力,利用双膜理论建立荷电喷雾烟气脱硫过程的数学模型,对脱硫效率进行预测与分析。模型计算及实验结果表明,模型预测的脱硫效率与实验结果较为符合,证明了静电场对脱硫效率的增益作用,且计算参数能够反映出运行参数对实验的指导意义。模型的建立为荷电喷雾烟气脱硫理论与实验的进一步发展奠定了理论基础。Charged effect is introduced into wet flue gas desulfurization.The satisfactory SO2 removal efficiency is gained using WFGD by charged lime spray in little flow.In order to investigate the mechanism of SO2 removal by charged lime spray,modeling of WFGD by charged lime spray process is established adopting double-film theory,which is applied to predict and analyze the absorption efficiency,based on experimental apparatus and simplified process of the mass transfer between liquid and gas,and also taking into account of the droplets Coulomb and polarization forces.The results indicate that the predicted absorption efficiency accords with the experimental data,the plus electrostatic voltages effect is proved to be true,and the predicted parameter is directive to the experiment.The foundation of model lays foundation for the future development of WFGD by charged lime spray.
