各国袋式除尘器用滤料性能测试方法的异同

摘　　要：详细介绍了德国标准VDI/DIN3926(2004)、美国标准ASTM D6830—02(2008)、日本标准JIS Z8909—1(2005)和中国标准《袋式除尘器技术要求》GB/T 6719—2009中关于袋式除尘器用滤料性能检测的实验装置和实验方法。通过对比分析,得到各国袋式除尘器用滤料性能测试方法和检测装置的异同。对各国滤料性能测试中尘源、测试环境条件以及测试参数等问题进行了讨论,并为更加科学合理地测试和评价袋式除尘器用滤料的性能提出了一些建议。Experimental devices and experimental methods on performance testing of filter media used in bag filter in standards of German（VDI/DIN 3926,2004）,America（ASTM D 6830—02,2008）,Japan（JIS Z 8909—1,2005） and China（Specifications for bag house,2009） are introduced in detail in this paper.Through comparing the standards of these countries,differences and similarities of testing process and testing equipment have been obtained.Besides,problems of the fed dust source,testing environment and testing parameters in the performance testing method for filter media are also discussed and some suggestions on how to scientifically test and evaluate the performance of media used for bag filter are provided too.
