摘　　要：全球化和知识经济的发展带动了价值链的深度分解和分工深化,进而引发国际竞争格局变化,全球产业发展和竞争的环境正在发生改变。在不断演化的竞争格局中,中国产业转型升级也面临着新的路径。后危机时代,中国应加快自主创新,大力发展战略性新兴产业,进一步优化贸易结构,积极参与国际经济协调,为产业转型升级营造良好的外部环境。As the result of globalization and the development of knowledge economy, the industrial value chain is keeping deeply disassembled with refinement of international specialization system, triggering the change of global competition pattern. In the evolving international competition pattern, China＇s industrial transformation and upgrading is also facing a new path. It calls for China to speed up innovation, develop strategic new industries, further optimize trade structure and more actively participate in international coordination so as to create a favorable external environment for industrial restructuring.
