摘　　要：总结36例C型臂引导下腹腔神经丛阻滞治疗晚期胰腺癌疼痛患者的护理,治疗前完善各项检查,治疗时密切观察病情变化及指导患者配合,及时发现并治疗乙醇样反应有助于治疗的顺利完成。Summarized 36 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who treated by solar plexus blocking guided by C-arm and evaluated the effect of relieving pain, we concluded that nursing can not be ignored in the treatment. It is important that detailed examination before treatment, observing disease change closely, health guide, finding out and deal with alcohol-like response in time.
