摘 要:对碳纳米管(CNTs)通过化学处理等方法改性进行了研究。结果表明,改性处理可有效提高CNTs的比表面积和其表面的含氧基团数量,其中硝酸共沸回流处理的效果最好,随着硝酸浓度增加可提高处理效果。使用硝酸改性后的CNTs通过等体积浸渍法制备的Co/CNTs费-托反应催化剂,显著提高了CO转化率,CH4选择性略有增加,C5+选择性略有降低,这与催化剂表面Co分散度提高且其颗粒直径较小有关。The modification of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by the methods of chemical treatment etc. was investigated. The results Showed that modification of CNTs could significantly increase the specific surface area of CNTs and the amount of oxygen-containing groups on the surface of CNTs. Among several modifying methods, nitric acid co-boiling reflux treatment gave the best result, and using the higher concentration nitric acid for the modification was better. F-T synthesis reaction over the nitric acid-treated CNTs supported cobalt catalyst Co/CNTs prepared by incipient wet impregnation method could significantly increase CO conversion with slight increase of CH4 selectivity and somewhat decrease of C5+ selectivity. This was attributed to the increase of cobalt dispersion and the decrease of cobalt particle size in the Co/CNTs catalyst.
