摘 要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,Ni为活性组分,稀土元素La、碱金属Li和贵金属Pt为助剂,采用等体积分步浸渍法制备催化剂NiLaLiPt/γ-Al2O3。研究了催化剂的催化活性和稳定性,考察了NiLaLiPt/γ-Al2O3上煤油液空速、温度、水碳比等因素对煤油水重整制氢的影响。在优化的工艺条件温度700℃、水碳比20、煤油液空速0.06h-1下,氢产率为33.057mol/mol。NiLaLiPt / γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by incipient wet and stepwise impregnation method with γ-Al2O3 as suppot, Ni as the active component and rare earth metal La, alkali metal Li and noble metal Pt as promoters. Activity and stability of the catalyst were evaluated and effects of the water/carbon ratio, the kerosene liquid space velocity and the temperature on the reaction behavior of the catalyst for water reforming of kerosene to hydrogen were investigated. Under the optimized reaction conditions: temperature of 700 ℃, water/carbon molar ratio of 20, liquid space velocity of kerosene of 0.06 h^-1, the yield of hydrogen reached 33.057 mol per molar kerosene.
