摘  要:分析了龙羊峡、刘家峡水库联合运用对宁蒙河段防凌的影响。结果表明:水库的联合运用使宁蒙河段凌期流量过程趋于均匀;水电站泄流的热传导作用使头道拐断面以上河段11月和3月的水温升高了0.1~1.7℃;水动力作用和热力的影响使巴彦高勒以上河段流凌时间推迟13~15 d,河段首封日期推迟了7 d,主要断面封冻天数减小了8~33 d,开河日期提前了15 d,开河历时延长了7 d;"文开河"所占比例由无库时的30%增加到70%以上,凌峰流量减小,冰凌灾害得以减轻。This paper analyzes the effect of joint operation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs on the ice prevention in the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach.The result shows that the joint reservoir operation made the runoff process tend to be even during the ice jam period;that the heat conduction of the discharge from hydropower stations made the water temperature in November and March in the reaches upstream of Toudaoguai cross-section rise by 0.1-1.7 ℃;that the hydrodynamic force and the heat delayed the ice flowing time by 13-15 d,delayed the first ice jam date by 7 d,decreased the freezing period at major sections by 8-33 days,made the ice break date come 15 d earlier and the ice break period 7 d longer in the reaches upstream of Bayangaole;and that the times of "gentle ice break" increased to over 70% of the total from 30% when there was no joint reservoir operation,thus ice peak flow was decreased and the slush calamity was reduced.
