沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗试验研究

摘　　要：采用不同母树龄、不同插穗粗度、不同扦插时间及对插穗用不同激素处理等方法,在甘肃省庆阳地区进行了沙棘嫩枝扦插生根试验。结果表明:不同处理的沙棘嫩枝扦插生根率存在着显著差异。种条采集时应选择3～8 a母树当年生粗度为2.5～3.5 mm的半木质化枝条,扦插前用100μg/kg的ABT 1号浸泡插穗基部2～3 h的生根效果最好;适宜的扦插时间为6月10—30日,这时生根率高,移栽后苗木长势好,成活率高,能安全越冬。Root forming test of seabuckthorn by softwood cutting was made in Qingyang District of Gansu Province using the mother trees at different ages and the cuttings with different diameters,different cuttage times and different hormones treatment.The results show that the rooting performance of the seabuckthorn treated with differently methods differed greatly.The semi-lignified current-year shoots,with the diameters of 2.5-3.5 mm,of the mother trees at the ages of 3-8 should be taken as the cuttings.Before cutting propagation,soaking the cutting sections with 100 μg/kg of ABT1 for about 2-3 h could make the rooting performance best.The proper time for cuttage is from 10th to 30th of June.In such a time period,the rooting rate is high,which not only ensures the high growth vigor and survival rate of the transplanted seedling branches,but also enables them to safely live through the winter.
