摘  要:为了证实野三七现有的疗效并推测其未知的潜在的价值,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试了云南白药、文山三七、川芎及野三七等药材的红外光谱。云南白药与文山三七,川芎与野三七两组红外光谱的峰形、峰位极相似。从特征峰的峰强、峰形、峰位比之,虽有偏差,但很小。此外,四种药物在光谱上也有相当的吻合性。由此可知,野三七和其它三种药物一样,具有活血、化瘀、止血、治疗肿痛、伤痛和月经不调等功效。其结果对三七的市场开发,品种选优与栽培技术的研究具有一定的指导意义。In order to confirm and infer the contemporary and potential effects, IR spectrum was tested for Yunnan White drug-powder, Wenshan notoginseng, Chuanxiong and wild panax notoginseng by application of FT-IR. The results of the two groups showed that the shape and the peak position of their IR spectrum were similar, while the comparatively intensity ratio of the characteristic absorbance peaks, the shape and the peak position varied weak with different chemical component and content composition among them. In addition, the four medicines in spectrum also have quite consistent characters. The resuits indicate that wild panax notoginseng is the same as other three medicines, they have the function of Removing blood stasis, Promoting blood flow,treating swelling pain, pain and menstruation and so on. The results can provide some guidance for market development, variety breeding and cultivation technology.
