摘  要:接地极线路故障在南方电网所辖云广、天广、高肇及兴安直流输电系统中均有发生,接地极不平衡保护动作策略也经过多次研究和改进。在介绍4条直流输电系统接地极不平衡保护动作策略基础上,对比分析了各条直流输电系统接地极不平衡保护策略的异同,建议高肇、兴安直流接地极不平衡保护动作重启动策略按照云广、天广直流策略实施。根据单根接地极线路断线故障时的故障特征,建议在单极大地回线方式下发生单根接地极线路断线故障时,接地极不平衡保护动作策略改为直接启动极停运,而不再重启动系统。Earth electrode faults occur in Yun-Guang, Tian-Guang, Gao-Zhao and Xing-An DC transmission lines of CSG and action strategy of unbalance protection of earth electrode are studied and improved many times. On the basis of introduction of action strategies of unbalance protection of earth electrode in four DC transmission systems, the paper comparatively analyzes similarities and differences among strategies of unbalance protection of earth electrode in each DC transmission system and it suggests that restart strategy of unbalance protection action of DC earth electrode be in accordance that of Yunguang and Tianguang lines. In view of fault characteristics of line break of single earth electrode, the paper makes a suggestion that when there is a line break in the operation mode of monopole ground circuit, action strategy of unbalance protection of earth electrode be transferred to pole protection block instead of restarting the system.
