摘 要:应用刚柔耦合系统动力学方法,将车载导弹发射装置关键零部件如车架、起落架等作为柔性体,通过改进的Craig-Bampton方法融合在车载导弹发射系统多体动力学模型中,建立了柔性多体系统的动力学模型。进行了发射过程的动力学仿真,并和刚体模型的计算结果进行了对比,获得了导弹在发射过程中的姿态参数和发射系统的动力学特性。结果表明,考虑柔体效应的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,比刚体模型更贴近导弹实际发射的情况。为今后更精确的研究车载导弹的发射过程动力学特性提供了理论参考。The rigid-flexible coupling system dynamics method was applied,the key parts and components such as the frame and undercarriage were regarded as the flexible bodies and were merged into the multi-body dynamics model of vehicular missile launching system with improved Craig-Bampton method.The dynamic model of flexible multibody systems was established and simulation was performed during launching.The dynamic characteristics of missile attitude parameter and launching system were obtained,and the results were compared with that of the rigid model.The results show that rigid-flexible multi-body coupling model is very close to actual launch situation of missile.It provides a theoretical foundation for investigating dynamic characteristics and analysing the initial disturbance accurately during the launching process of a vehicular missile.
