摘  要:选择螺杆压缩比(ε)、螺距(s)、螺杆头锥度(α)、螺杆直径(d)4种螺杆结构参数,通过四因素三水平的L9(34)正交设计,研究了其不同水平组合的螺杆结构参数对改性双基推进剂代用料安全加工、设备承载负荷、生产能力和物料可加工性的工艺影响。结果表明,对机头压力或扭矩的主要影响因素依次为B(螺矩)和D(螺杆直径);对出料速度的主要影响因素依次为D(螺杆直径)和A(螺杆压缩比);通过实验数据分析,确定了改性双基推进剂代用料挤出加工综合性能理想的螺杆参数组合(A3B3C3D2)。The impact of screw structural parameters in a variety of level combinations on safe processing,load capacity of facilities,production capacity and process ability of a substituter for modified double-base propellant was studied by using orthogonal design method.The four screw structural parameters were selected,which were compression ratio(ε),pitch(s),spiral taper(α)and screw diameter(d).The results show that the screw diameter and pitch had an obvious influence on the pressure of the extruder head and the torque of screw.Mean while the screw diameter and screw compression ratio had an obvious influence on the discharging velocity.The optimized screw structural parameters for ideal comprehensive properties of the substituter for modified double-base propellant extrusion were obtained by the experimental data.
